Beautiful and interesting apartment very close to the Charles Bridge and close to some excellent lively bars and restaurants. Owner was extremely friendly and hospitable, always leaving a plentiful supply of bottled water for us and giving us tips on what to see and do.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our six-night stay at Hotel & Spa Carolline in early October. Helena, the proprietor, was pleasant and accommodating. She waited up all night for our scheduled arrival, but because of a missed connecting flight we didn't come until the next morning. She hadn't been told about our delay, and she still was friendly when she greeted us!! We appreciated the warm welcome.
The one-bedroom apartment was conveniently located in Old Town near the Charles Bridge, but was still peaceful. There was a small bedroom, bathroom, and a spacious living room/kitchen, not fancy but quite comfortable. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby, and all of Prague was easily accessible from there on foot or by tram/subway. We also enjoyed the special treat of a Thai massage at the spa downstairs. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

The apartment was conveniently located in Old Town near the Charles Bridge, but was still peaceful. The bed and furnishings were comfortable and the living room spacious. There was a nice kitchen, but we ended up eating our dinners and breakfasts out instead of cooking. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the special treat of a Thai massage at the spa downstairs.
We had a wonderful time in Prague and will add our voices to the many before us who have said what a beautiful and charming city it is and how pleasant the people are.

We have returned from our travels and would like to thank you for your recommendation for the Hotel & Spa Carolline. The hotel was lovely and the owner Helene and her family were fabulous. They took great care of us and made sure that our transfers and everything was managed to our liking. We had not planned to use the spa services but we did and were very pleased. Also, the hotel owns a really nice and pleasant restaurant around the corner which became our base of operations. Very attractive and the food was incredible. We also used your transfer services and were very happy with the drivers, the cars, and the value we got for the money. Thank you for all you did to make our visit to Prague great. We plan on returning.
