Location of hotel is excellent. Staff was not friendly and breakfast seating area is so small that having breakfast was not good experience. The biggest problem was music noise from bar bellow our room. The music was playing until midnight. Not too much of a sleep. I would not suggest this hotel for mature traveler.

Thank you, for fantastic holiday. You have very nice city, we only had four days and see the old town, many places were unseen. Hotel U Tri Bubnu was just what we wanted. Small, centre of city, short way near and far. Staff was wery friendly, and they are helpful, realised our hopes. We hope that some day we will come again.

1. www.hotelsprague website is excellent. The detailed information and the photographic images of the accommodation each hotel provides is easy to navigate and understand. 2. Prague Airport transfers. Mr Janecek's two drivers were both courteous and on time. 3. Hotel U Tri Bubnu. Excellent location. Rooms 7 and 13 (somewhat small) were clean and adequate. The hotel reception staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. However, we thought that the breakfasts could have been a little more imaginative. May we take this opportunity of thanking you for your efficient booking service. We will be more than happy to recommend Interacta to our friends.

I just want to tell you that we've had three fantastic days in Prague. You have a beautiful city containing some astonishing buildings and landmarks showing the historic significance of Prague since medieval times. I was 15 years old in 1968 and the events that took place in Prague those days in August and the continuing resitance influenced my political views. It was therefore very moving to visit the memory plaque of Jan Palach and Jan Zajíc. Of course we also had a lot of good times during our stay visiting both modern and traditional restaurants and a lot of cafés and bars. And finaly the U Tri Bubnu hotel wich was a very nice surprise. Honestly I didn't expect too much from a three-star hotel but the reception folks were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were beautiful and spacious. The ceiling in our room (room 3) had original paintings from 15th century according to the reception. If I should have one suggestion for improvement that is to send some of those working in bars and restaurants on a course in service attitude and learn the significance of a smile and good mood. :-)

I have just returned from a holiday in Prague with my girlfriend Yvonne. We stayed at the Three Drums hotel in the city center. The hotel was beautiful, great location, very friendly receptionists and a great room. Just off the Old Town square allowed us to see the city by foot, particularly the cellar bars and beer halls!! Your service is magnificent and I thank you for that. Mr.Janecek's taxi driver was very professional and he was waiting for us on time for our arrival and departure. Prague is a wonderful city with friendly people, great food, beautiful sites and your company allowed us to have the best trip possible. If any of my friends decide to travel to Prague I will give them your details. Thanks for making our St.Valentine's trip to Prague so special. We didn't want to come home and we look forward to visiting Prague in the future.

As you requested I am happy to tell you that the stay at the Three Drums Hotel was very enjoyable. The rooms were excellent and the service (reception and cleaning) cannot be faulted. Lastly, the location made it very easy to see the sights of Prague without walking too far. I would be very happy to recommend staying at this hotel to anyone visiting Prague and will certainly do so if asked.

The people were very nice and friendly. The rooms are very spaceous which is great. The only critical point is the size of the washbasin in the bathroom. Far too small. But That's the only critical thing.

The front desk staff were very helpful and the rooms were beautiful clean and warm. we would reccomend it to all of our fit friends ( the stairs up to the rooms are not for the unfit). We were so pleased with everything. The taxi showed up in time with a friendly driver, both ways, and the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Good and appriciated service you have with helping to book hotel without taking payment in advance. And the weather couldn´t be much better even if it sometimes felt a bit to hot to be in a big city like Prague... :-) It was 8 years since we were in Prague last time and it felt like much had improved concerning both standard of accomodation and quality of food.

And, the coffee and juice was good, og bread and jam was ok. And the location......perfect. It could not have been better. If (when) I go back, I maybe book the same hotel. The pickup service from the airport was a very good thing. So easy, so we booked him back when we left. Everything that you arranged was perfect. No problems and the prices was at you said. We have now returned from our short holiday in Prague - what a wonderful place! You asked me to send an e-mail after our holiday. Well, the hotel is very nicely positioned, it was very comfortable and the reception staff were really very friendly. I have already recommended some friends to stay there. The only problem is that it would not be suitable for anyone who is old or slightly disabled as there are a lot of stairs. The transport from the airport by Mr. Janosek was very good.

Our hotel was very nice. Although we did have an initial problem because we had booked an suite which included an attic bedroom. Unfortunately the picture on the internet was a little misleading and didn't show the limited headroom. We did think that this should specifically be mentioned on the web site. We asked to be moved though and the hotel were very nice about it and moved us the next day, so it didn't spoil our trip at all. I must say the girls on reception were really, really nice. Our new rooms were a little small but otherwise okay. The location of this hotel so near Old Town Square was absolutely perfect. The only other criticism I would have of the hotel was the toilet paper. it's a small thing I know, but the toilet paper was very hard and cheap and we don't usually expect that type of paper in a hotel. Our trip to Prague was really fantastic. We were really impressed with your city. The food was fantastic and the waiters and all the people in shops etc were very, very nice.

The Hotel is located in an excellent position, handy for getting around Prague. The rooms were clean and fairly well furnished. The rooms are not very well insulated and consequently you can hear quite a lot what other people are doing!!!! The stairs are quite step and I would not recommend it for anyone who is not steady on their feet. We all got rooms with Showers, however we did not get rooms with the views that we had asked for. The breakfast was rather basic. I would recommend the Hotel for its location but not for its breakfast. All in all we had a good time - Prague is a wonderful place with lots to do and see.

We all anjoyed our stay in Prague - it was very interesting. The hotel was great but a mirror in the room would have been useful. The restaurants were superb - Cerny Slon and Frank Kafka. However Cerna liska added a charge which we did not understand and the bill was twice as much as the others. The taxis I ordered were also very good and on time both ways.

My two sons and I just returned from a wonderful week in Prague. Our hotel was exactly as we thought it would be with the exception of having 24 hour front desk staff. That was a nice bonus. Our room was great and the location is the best in town...right around the corner from the Old Town Square. The three ladies who staffed the front desk were so very helpful and pleasant and their English was quite good. The pick-up service from the airport was also very nice and they were right on time and even helped me get money changed. In all, it was a great trip and we very much enjoyed your beautiful city...even in the snow!!! That was a treat for us being from Florida where it never snows. We have been to Prague and had a wonderful time. Your city is magnificent and we shall return again. The weather was superb and the beer was excellent and went down very well on the many stops we had for refreshments. Your cafes, bars and buildings are unbeatable and our whole holiday was very good value for money. The Charles Bridge at night was full of life and Bazaar under the castle walls was very bizarre and crazy. Everyone spoke English too and were very friendly. A really great holiday!!!!!! However, Mr Janecek did not turn up for us at the airport. We waited for 30 minutes and then went to our hotel in a Cedaz minibus. This was very convenient and cheap and we returned to the airport in the same way. Mr Janecek was not missed. I shall be in touch again in the future before we return to your great city - better than Rome and Madrid!!!!

Thank you for sorting out my booking with the House at the three drums the location was perfect right in the heart of old Prague. The location will be one of the reasons that we would use the hotel again. The stay was comfortable it would have been nice however for the towels to be cleaned or dried for us but the people were nice and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay - we will be going back as Prague is one of the best places in Europe to go to.
