Dear Hotel Lobster,
Thank you very much for our stay on 22 September 2016 for 3 nights. We were greeted at the airport by our taxi driver which was very convenient. Upon our arrival to the Hotel we were greeted most sincerely and were checked into our room promtly. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and beautifully decorated. The location of the Hotel is fantastic. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our stay in Prague so memorable!

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Green Lobster. This was our second stay here and on this occasion we brought friends to stay too.
The staff were friendly and very accommodating.
The location is ideal for visiting the Castle and surrounding area. There are lots of restaurants and things to see very close by.
I have no problem with recommending a stay at this hotel.

The stay was nice, room comfortable and clean, all well. What I can recommend to you, is to update the address of the hotel, as it is difficult to find the reception with the address I was given by you, as the address I was provided is a different building than the building the reception and my room was located in.
The rest fine, including your service.

The hotel was quite good, even though didn't seem so smart as it looked in the photos. Impossible to park the car, and that was not good. The telephone service that allowed me to book the hotel was very very good and efficient, instead. I was surprised on how perfectly worked!

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Green Lobster. The staffs were very kind and the breakfast was great. Everything was fine except the airconditioner. We have just returned to Athens from our 7-days stay to Czech and we would like to thank you for the very good services you provided us. Mr. Janecek was very kind and always accurate to the time. Green Lobster hotel (Prague) is a very romantic and clean hotel with very good service. The Heluan hotel (Karlovy Vary) also offered us a very pleasant stay. Prague is fantastic and looks more like a museum rather than a town. It is obvious how the residents of this town respect their history. Generally we enjoyed our stay very much and we have left with the very best memories of Czech. Thank you again for the cooperation and I will recommend your office to anybody i know and is planning to visit Czech.

We have just returned home from a wonderful short stay in Prague. Our time at the Green Lobster was just excellent. We all thought it was a fine boutique style hotel and were totally satisfied with the wonderful rooms we occupied. We were very satisfied also with the transfer arrangements between the airport and hotel - everything went very smoothly indeed. When we next come to Prague, or when friends ask for a recommendation, we shall have no hesitation in saying Try the Green Lobster first.

We returned home yesterday after our four night visit to Prague. There were no problems with the reservation you made for us at the Hotel Green Lobster. We had a very nice room in No 43, which from the website seems to be where the suites are (we were given Karel IV on the top floor at the front). The hotel might consider providing tissues in the rooms and a bathmat only appeared on our last night. These are small matters but if the hotel is advertising rooms as De Luxe then I think these should be expected (we stayed in standard rooms elsewhere and these items were always provided). I mention them because you asked me for feedback on the hotel. We did like the hotel and its location and would be happy to stay there again. I would like to thank you very much for your help.
